A consulting firm built by founders
Linje is a consulting firm built by founders, for people who want to build. We hire founders and people who think like founders: people who take ownership, act on imperfect information and care more about results than about reports. That shapes everything about how we work with clients. We would rather build something that works than write a report about what could work.
We work with organisations in Norway, Sweden and Denmark on the questions that decide where a business goes next: what to prioritise, how to organise, how to grow, and how to turn plans into results. Sometimes that is a sharp analysis for a leadership team. More often it means rolling up our sleeves and doing the work together with your people, for as long as it takes.
Linje is Norwegian for line, and a line is the shortest way between a starting point and a goal. That is what we give our clients. A clear starting point, a direction to move in, and the energy to get there.

That is how we work: we find out where you stand, choose the direction and take the most direct route to the result. Our logo shows the same thing: a line of boxes from a fixed point, and one olive point up and to the right, where the business is heading.
