Digital meetings when they serve the work as well, rail over air where practical, a simple record of travel and energy use as we grow, and reuse before we buy new.
We see sustainability the way entrepreneurs see most things: as a chance to build something better. It works best as part of how a business makes decisions, not as a separate report at the end of the year. That goes for our clients, and it goes for us.
Our own footprint is modest. Our largest impact is through the businesses we help build and change: how they invest, organise and grow. That is where we put most of our effort.
Digital meetings when they serve the work as well, rail over air where practical, a simple record of travel and energy use as we grow, and reuse before we buy new.
Fair pay, written agreements and decent working conditions, respect for time outside work, equal opportunities and zero tolerance for harassment.
Independent advice, confidentiality, no bribes or improper gifts, no work where we have a conflict of interest, and careful handling of personal data.
We use the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises as our reference for responsible business conduct. We expect our suppliers and partners to respect human rights and decent working conditions, and we choose them with that in mind.
The Norwegian Transparency Act (Åpenhetsloven) aims to promote respect for human rights and decent working conditions, and to give the public access to information. We support its purpose and welcome questions about how we work with these topics. Send them to post@linjeconsulting.com and we will answer in writing.
From strategy and materiality to reporting and transition projects, we help turn sustainability into real priorities, new business and better operations.
Tell us briefly what you are working on. We will get back to you quickly to find a time to talk, with no obligation.
